Peter made buying a car a great experience

Really good experience with Peter at the car Arena. Bought a Tesla Model 3 from them and although they weren't experts in EV's, they got everything sorted with the car before I collected and answered my questions honestly. Minor damage to the wheels and paint were rectified and I can't fault Peter's service. A great experience.

My first impressions was wow!!! I’ve been to a number of car dealerships and frankly wasn’t given the time of day. Then I called Robbie at the car arena! Very polite. Had all the details of the car for me straight away. I left a deposit over the phone and the car was serviced before I arrived. On arrival the car was excellent all the way round and it was cleaned to perfection. BIG thanks to The Car Arena and their staff! Great team and great car selection!

10/10 - Just brought my Mercedes from here. Great communication, helped me with everything I needed to know. Kept me informed with the car, the service etc. Put deposit down and picked it up couple days after. Recommend 1000%. Robbie is quick with all communication, any questions he was there to answer! Visited trade centre to be met by Robbie, we sorted all documentation out for a vehicle and deposit was taken he kept me informed and service was great. Unfortunately on this occasion I couldn’t buy the car but I recommend anyone who’s looking to buy a car gives this garage a try. Top people 👍🏻

Just brought Mercedes-Benz from this place .. what a great place very professional and very helpful never felt pressured to buy they gave me keys n left me to look around the car as long as I wanted .. absolutely recommend this place 👌 robbo was brilliant very helpful got nothing but high praises for this place defo 5 stars

Excellent service from Robbie and andi, went to view a car and no pressure was put on me to buy it. Signed everything off for the car, kept me updated throughout, refurbed alloys and a full clean on the car was done before pickup. Couldn’t fault them one bit. Professional and friendly staff, would definitely recommend.

Had a brilliant experience dealing with The Car Arena Trade Center.Specifically Robbie, who was quick to respond and very communicative.I work unsociable hours, long days and alot of the time, long stints before days off.This didn't seem to be an issue and was very understanding even when I was a little difficult.Got my Car delivered, 7 days after first seeing the advertisement on Auto Trader. Andi showed me all the gadgets, buttons and basics of the car before handing over the keys on delivery. Staff who delt with me where super friendly and chatty. Very happy with my experience, would use them again and would recommend to anyone.
